Josh Richards is a partner in the Philadelphia office of Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr, where he is the Vice-Chair of the firm’s Higher Education Practice.   Josh provides mission-driven advice to his higher education clients on a wide range of matters involving employment disputes, student conduct, faculty relations, Title IX and the Clery Act, disability issues, board governance, financial exigency, data security, accreditation, minors on campus, and civil tort claims, including student death and abuse matters.  Josh received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania and his B.A. from Middlebury College.  Josh serves as a member of NACUA’s Board of Directors and on the Advisory Board for the UVM Legal Issues in Higher Education conference.
