Stephanie Levi Blumer is an Assistant Professor of Biology at Oakton Community College, where she serves as the Chair of the General Education Team for Oakton’s Program of Assessment of Learning (OPAL). She earned her Ph.D. in Molecular Genetics and Cell Biology at the University of Chicago, and is interested in learning assessment, active learning, student engagement, and equity and access in higher education.
