For over 20 years she has worked for Tri-County Technical College and served as an independent consultant for other institutions in the arenas of faculty development, institutional planning, accreditation, and assessment. Facilitating is her modus operandi to create spaces where clients have a sense of ownership and feel excitement about the process and the results.
