Valencia College is proud to be hosting the 4th Community College Conference on Learning Assessment to be held in Orlando, Florida at the Rosen Plaza Hotel, February 17-19, 2019. Our recent conference on Learning Assessment drew over 400 community and technical college faculty, staff, and administrators from 103 colleges – the conference in 2019 is being planned for 450+ participants.  This biennial conference will provide participants with the theoretical and practical support for developing and implementing learning assessment activities that take into account the lived experience in today’s community and technical colleges. The conference will include an emphasis on the relationship between authentic assessment of student learning, reviewing results and the implications of learning assessment to determine the impact on curricular design. The conference format is designed to promote an open exchange of information and for sharing best practices, scenarios, generating ideas, and facilitating engaging conversations, between both attendees and vendors.  Attendees include faculty, staff, and administrators.  Participants are college leaders in academic and student affairs, curricular and co-curricular learning assessment, regional accreditation, institutional research, and institutional effectiveness.

*A drawing will be held at the Tuesday afternoon Exhibitor Showcase for any exhibitors who wish to offer giveaways. Please consider participating – attendees love it!

Exhibitor Shipping and Breakdown

Shipping:  Exhibitors are responsible for all shipping expenses to and from the hotel.  Storage of display cases, packages or marketing materials may require additional fees, which will be billed to your room account. Breakdown:  Exhibitors are responsible for dismantling their own displays and removing all materials. Exhibits may not be dismantled prior to 3:30 p.m. on Monday, February 18, 2019.
